Yoga

Instructor: Sharon Penz-Rowan
This class will use supported Asanas and guided breath work to realign both body and mind. Detailed alignment instruction is provided, as well as a combination of anasura and vinyasa (flow with the breath) styles of yoga. This class is open to all levels, but it particularly suited to newcomers to yoga and/or students who want to move deeper in their practice.
