Basic Ballet for Adults
This workshop is open to anyone and everyone: those who have never attended a ballet class, people who have danced as children but gave it up and would like to start up again, or anyone who is looking to improve their posture, strength, flexibility, and poise.Instructor: Julie Manna

Dance Therapy
Instructor: Celeste Graves-Hoyal
Private sessions, scheduled individually
Did you know that movement and dance can be therapeutic tools used to explore, express and transform issues and concerns that may be holding you back from living your life as fully and joyfully as you sense might be possible? Celeste holds a Masters Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from New York University and has worked with people of all ages in this modality.

Yoga
This class will use supported Asanas and guided breath work to realign both body and mind. Detailed alignment instruction is provided, as well as a combination of anasura and vinyasa (flow with the breath) styles of yoga. This class is open to all levels, but it particularly suited to newcomers to yoga and/or students who want to move deeper in their practice.Instructor: Sharon Penz
