Lyrical Dance
Lyrical dance is a fusion of jazz and ballet that perfectly augments a student’s ballet training. In these classes students will start with a quick warm up, then work on choreography. The focus will be on expressing specific lyrics of today’s pop songs through movement and dance.

Dress Code
Leotard: Student’s choice
Tights: Black or pink or black pants/leggings
Shoes: pink ballet slippers
Hair: pony tail, braids, bun
Optional: Skirt, leg warmers, wrap sweater, with the permission of instructor
Form fitting shirt, color of choice, black jazz pants or leggings, socks, black jazz shoes or ballet slippers
Loose hair, loose fitting sweaters and pants, boxer shorts, pajama pants, distracting jewelry, chewing gum, NO STREET CLOTHES!
